JAMIE EISNER
Associate
Jamie Eisner represents labor unions and employees
in a variety of labor and employment matters. Her practice
primarily consists of advising clients on collective bargaining,
organizing, internal union governance, and violations of the Fair
Labor Standards Act. Ms. Eisner also represents labor unions in
arbitration and federal court.
Prior to joining Mooney Green, Ms. Eisner was an associate at a
union-side labor firm in Washington, D.C., where she advised
public and private sector unions on a wide variety of labor and
employment matters and represented clients in arbitration,
collective bargaining, and proceedings before the National Labor
Relations Board.
Ms. Eisner earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in
May 2021, where she served as an Articles Editor on the William
& Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice and a
Student Advocate at the Puller Veteran Benefits Clinic. Among her
other internship experience in law school, Ms. Eisner spent
substantial time volunteering as a law clerk at the Virginia
Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance. Ms. Eisner received
a B.A. in Religious Studies, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest
University in May 2017.
Ms. Eisner currently serves on the Board of Directors of William
& Mary Hillel and as a Junior Board member of the Network for
Victim Recovery of DC. Ms. Eisner also recently co-authored
the article Power and Respect on the Campaign Trail: Why
It’s Time for Political Campaigns to Unionize, 37 ABA
